Amendments

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Delivery

All orders that are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery are normally delivered within 7 working days and we make every effort to deliver goods as soon as possible dependant on stock levels. However, delays are occasionally inevitable so please allow up to 14 working days. Delays are usually outside our control e.g. manufacturer cannot supply etc. but we will always do our very best.
Engraved or personalized orders can take up 28 days for delivery.

Aimee's Boutique also offer a 1-2 day courier service.  If this selection is made during the checkout process your order shall be shipped via courier.  This service guarantees receipt of your order 1-2 days after we dispatch your order.

If you item hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, after postage date, it is considered 'Lost'.  We shall provide a tracking number upon request.  Once dispatched through Royal Mail it is no longer the responsibility of Aimee’s Boutique. Your items will be delivered to the invoice or delivery address only.

Next Day shipping is available upon request, a tracking number shall be provided upon request.
 
Pricing and Payment

Prices of products are subject to change without notice. The price payable by you is the price of the product as advertised on our website at the time of you placing your order. All Aimee’s Boutique online transactions are fully secured through PayPal. Your payment details are not stored on our system and we keep no record of your credit card details.

Your credit card payment is authorized and processed at the point you purchase an order from us.
  

Availability


All products are subject to availability, while stocks last. We reserve the right to withdraw any product(s) from sale without incurring any liability.

Should any product(s) you order be out of stock or unavailable, we will inform you by email suggesting an alternative product or allowing you to cancel your order should you wish. If we do not hear otherwise, we will send out your product(s) when back in stock.

Privacy Policy

Any information you enter into our website will only ever be used by us for the purpose of fulfilling your order, or to send you relevant marketing information. Please rest assured that we will never sell or pass your information to any third party under any circumstances.

Accuracy of Website

We have made every endeavor to ensure the accuracy of all information contained on this website. We accept no liability for any inaccuracies.

Returns Policy

Please email info@aimeesboutique.co.uk before returning any item(s) to us.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with the purchase you have made then please notify us by email within 7 days to info@aimeesboutique.co.uk.  We shall provide a full refund in the form of the original method of payment including delivery cost. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. Unfortunately, this right does not extend to personalised items or products specifically made to order.

If an item received is incorrect, faulty, damaged or in circumstances where personalisation is incorrect due to our error, or an error made by any of our specialists, we shall of course be happy to provide you with a full refund (including cost of delivery) or offer to replace the item at no cost to you. We may require you to return the original item, in which case we will also refund the return postage cost. 

Any item which is being returned must arrive back with us in perfect/saleable condition in the original packaging.
